 Robert's Construction has completed numerous projects in the public works sector and has the capabilities to meet the prevailing wage, certified payroll requirements.  As a member of the AGC, we are able to provide apprentices for our projects as required.

Over the years, we have developed strong business relationships with our  sub-contractors who are committed to quality craftsmanship.  All our sub-contractors are licensed, carry general liability insurance and workers compensation, as required. 

Construction Management

 As your Construction Manager, Robert's Construction contracts with the owner to oversee the construction process. 

Utilizing a construction manager allows the owner:

  • Control of the scope of the work
  • Project scheduling
  • Optimum use of construction firms' skills and talents
  • Avoidance of delays, changes and disputes
